Manufacturing
  • Our products are ethically produced and meet rigorous global safety and sustainability standards. Materials are certified under OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ensuring all fabrics are free from harmful substances and manufactured through environmentally responsible processes.

  • Our production partners are also certified by both the Fair Labor Association (FLA) and Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), verifying fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical labor practices throughout the supply chain.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Blade Infiniti, each item is made-to-order and printed just for you. As such, we do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace or refund the item provided that you notify us with sufficient proof within 30 days of delivery.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product is damaged or contains a manufacturing error:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at marketingandsales@shopbladeinfiniti.com. Include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing both the issue and the print on the product
  • Once verified, we will send a free replacement or provide you with a refund charged back to your original payment method (at your request).
2. Items Not Eligible for Replacement/Refund

We cannot provide replacements/refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • The item is within the acceptable DTG print placement tolerance (up to 0.5″-1″ variation)
3. Failed Deliveries

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected from the postal service:

  • You may request a reprint at your expense
