At Blade Infiniti, each item is made-to-order and printed just for you. As such, we do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace or refund the item provided that you notify us with sufficient proof within 30 days of delivery.
All Blade Infiniti products are made-to-order. This means your order will go into production once it is placed.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are typically produced and shipped within 3–10 business days. We also ship internationally.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
