At Blade Infiniti, each item is made-to-order and printed just for you. As such, we do not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace or refund the item provided that you notify us with sufficient proof within 30 days of delivery.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged or contains a manufacturing error:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at marketingandsales@shopbladeinfiniti.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing both the issue and the print on the product
- Once verified, we will send a free replacement or provide you with a refund charged back to your original payment method (at your request).
2. Items Not Eligible for Replacement/Refund
We cannot provide replacements/refunds if:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- The item is within the acceptable DTG print placement tolerance (up to 0.5″-1″ variation)
3. Failed Deliveries
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected from the postal service:
- You may request a reprint at your expense

- Slight differences in color may occur due to variations in screen display and printing processes
- DTG products may have a print placement tolerance of up to 0.5″ – 1″); this is not considered a defect

Once we verify your claim, replacements/refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
